MAKING HISTORY NOW: Racism, Resistance and Strategies for Building Alliances in the World of Trump

An interdisciplinary group of scholars and activists spreading from the History Department to across campus have organized a teach-in in response to the recent US election.

The event will be held Wednesday, Nov, 16th 4:30 – 6:30 in Convocation Hall (UH 212).

This event was organized very quickly, and we ask your help to spread the word with your colleagues, TAs and students.  We have attached a poster for the event to this post. Please distribute widely, and please include the following statement about an accessible entrance to the event hall.

Accessible Entrance to Convocation Hall (UH 212) : Enter University Hall from the rear, on the side nearest Hamilton Hall.  Take the elevator to the second floor.

With thanks,

Karen Balcom
